Is this adorable or what?! I got dancing woodland creatures. I love it. And my switch pen pal was from Australia. How exciting to get mail from so far away. She was sweet enough to include some little extras. I got to keep the note book and my girls quickly snagged the owl and Koala. I immediately hung it in my studio and I'm excited to participate in the one Wild Olive plans on having in the fall. If you didn't do it this time, and you like to stitch, you should try it this fall. Thanks again Eriven.net.
i would love to have a pen pal from far away! how do i get one?
ReplyDeleteIt was called a stitch swap and it was thru a blog I follow (wild olive). You get a persons name at random with their likes for color and theme and you stitch them something and someone does the same for you. It was a lot of fun. If your not already a follower of me, sign up and I will be letting everyone know when the next one starts in the fall.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like it :)
ReplyDeleteSo fun! I love that your kids got something to enjoy as well!
ReplyDeleteThe Mollie! I feel so special. I absolutely love your site and I can't wait for the next swap. I'm going to amp up my fall swap project, including some little extras. And I really appreciated your tutorial on finishing your projects. It will help me for next time. Thanks again for stopping by my little place and leaving a comment.
